How does your Las Vegas Wedding Minister create your Custom or Dream Ceremony?

las-vegas-wedding-minister

Your Las Vegas Wedding Minister will create a Custom ceremony just for the two of you.  Once we decide to work together, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire. This gives me the basic information about your wedding. I am excited to be part of your special day so we need to make sure we have the date, time, and location correct.

We will review and sign a basic agreement that ensures the details are correct and also gives you permission to use any photos of me that are taken during your beautiful ceremony.

Certain dates are very popular, especially Saturday nights and holidays, so I request one-half payment to lock in your date. A check may be sent to the address at the bottom of the agreement or I will send you a link to make the payment via PayPal.

Understanding your personal journey and discussing details,

is where the fun begins. I will meet with both of you in person or over the telephone to understand your personal journey to your wedding day. We will discuss the details of what you want for your ceremony and will also discuss rituals and any special acknowledgments or memorials you would like to include. This meeting will be approximately one hour.

I then compose a ceremony that reflects your personal story. Once I have an initial draft, I email it to you for approval and we will work on any changes you would like. Remember, this is YOUR ceremony and I will gladly make changes as you see fit. I will then email you a copy of the final ceremony.

On the big day,

I arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony and will ask for your marriage license. I will ask for the name of one witness of your choice. The witness will sign the certificate after the ceremony. We will meet, separately if you will not see each other before the ceremony, and I can answer any questions you have (or calm your nerves). I will then discuss the ceremony process with any attendants or ceremony participants and if time permits, I am also happy to meet with family members.

Then it happens, we enjoy your heartfelt ceremony and you are married! After the ceremony, I will give you the signed commemorative certificate. I will also present you with a printed copy of your entire ceremony that is suitable for framing. Now it is time to wish you the best as you celebrate your new life together.

Within five days after the ceremony,

I hand-carry the Marriage Certificate to be recorded. Please allow approximately two weeks after your ceremony for your certificate to be recorded. Once your marriage is recorded, I send you a link so you can order your official certificate!

According to the Clark County Clerk’s Office, there were 81,236 weddings in Las Vegas in 2016.  Ceremony of Dreams is here to make sure your wedding stands out from the rest.
